Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Under UK and EU consumer law, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for custom or personalised items (if applicable).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
