Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 5pm (UK time) will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are in addition to processing times.

• £5.99 shipping fee on orders £0.00–£49.99 (3–5 business days)

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, high demand, or weather conditions.

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. Risk in the goods passes to you once they have been delivered.
