7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Rights

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be requested in advance by contacting us at info@maisondelys.co.uk. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Cooling-off period (UK & EU customers):
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than necessary.

Faulty or incorrect items:
